Overview
The case studies describe how online casting has been integrated into course delivery to provide increased flexible and mobile opportunities for learning. The organisations represented in the case studies are:

The organisations
ABC Radio Australia
Radio Australia is the international radio service of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Radio Australia provides a service of quality information and educational programs through radio and the web to audiences in Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and the whole of the Pacific Region.
AMES
Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES) provides an extensive range of adult education, training and employment programs to a diverse client community at state, national and international levels.
Coonara
Coonara Community House is a medium sized Adult Community Education (ACE) organisation, located in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Coonara provides a wide range of programs for children and adults. Adult programs range from recreational classes to nationally accredited vocational education courses.
GippsTAFE
Central Gippsland Institute of TAFE, more commonly known as GippsTAFE is one of Victoria's largest regional TAFE Institutes. The Institute annually provides over 300 courses to some 12,000 students.
RMIT
RMIT University offers over 200 higher education and vocational education programs across a broad range of fields. More than 57,000 students study at RMIT campuses in Melbourne, in Vietnam, online, by distance education, and at 100 partner institutions throughout the world.
Swinburne
Swinburne University of Technology is one of the few universities in Australia to offer a full range of programs from apprenticeships to PhDs. Swinburne offers students the flexibility in study options of following well-defined ‘Pathways’ between TAFE and Higher Education sectors.
